In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for:

• Mentoring and guiding junior data scientists in the team.
• Choosing appropriate algorithms, tools and platforms to deploy machine learning models that solve real business problems.
• Communicating and influencing non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience deploying machine learning models.
• Experience mentoring / leading teams or interested in exploring a team leadership role.
