Your new role
In this business-critical role, you are responsible for:
- Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance decision-making processes and drive business growth.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to identify key business objectives and align data analytics initiatives accordingly.
- Fostering collaboration with departments across the organisation to identify opportunities for data-driven initiatives, ensuring analytics solutions address specific business challenges and contribute to overall growth.
- Designing cross-selling initiatives and developing targeted strategies for customer acquisition.
- Building and leading a high-performing data analytics team.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven ability to develop and implement a data analytics strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring a data team.
Ability to collaborate with senior management and other departments to identify analytics opportunities and translate them into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidates that have experience working in financial institutions will be advantageous.
