Regional Events and Operations Manager

What you'll need to succeed

  • Comes with 8–10 years of experience in project and event management, preferably in Asia Pacific.
  • Able to plan and execute all event logistics (site inspections, vendor negotiations, budgeting, registration, and on-site coordination).
  • Can drive sponsorship outreach and coordinate volunteer involvement.
  • Able to lead cross-functional teams across regions
  • Experienced in managing international and multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Skilled in preparing budgets and financial reports for each event.
  • Open to travel frequently and work on weekends.
