Your new role
They are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead their oncology sales team. This role is critical in driving commercial success, expanding market presence, and delivering life-changing treatments to healthcare providers and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for oncology products.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including oncologists, hospital administrators, and healthcare institutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory to ensure alignment and execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years in oncology
- People management skills (minimum of 5 headcounts)
- Strong understanding of oncology market dynamics and treatment pathways.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
