FMCG 3PL Warehouse Manager (Klang Valley)

A regional logistics powerhouse is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager.

Your new company is a regionally known supply chain solutions provider with a strong presence across Asia-Pacific. Their proprietary systems and smart logistics hubs support end-to-end visibility and automation.

Your new role
As Warehouse Manager, you lead last-mile and replenishment operations for fast-moving goods. You manage pick-pack-ship workflows, allocate workforce for multichannel fulfilment, coordinate reverse logistics, and maintain stock integrity across SKUs. You work with merchandising and transport teams to hit store delivery windows and handle bulk-to-piece conversion and expiry tracking. You apply automated sorting systems and analytics to maintain SLAs and update replenishment cycles.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experienced in managing high-velocity FMCG and retail warehouse operations, including handling shelf-life and multi-temperature SKUs.
  • Proven application of continuous improvement initiatives within retail logistics; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Drive system and workflow enhancements across pick-pack-ship, returns management, and real-time inventory tracking.
  • Oversee end-to-end distribution and e-commerce fulfilment across retail channels and marketplaces.
  • Establish fulfilment KPIs aligned with service levels, delivery windows, and replenishment cycles.
  • Optimise workforce allocation, routing, and warehouse automation to improve speed-to-shelf.
  • Lead teams across shifts; responsible for staffing, training, and productivity tracking.
  • Proficient in Mandarin.
