A leading automation systems manufacturer is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager.

Your new company is a manufacturer specialising in automated tools and smart technologies. Its engineering capabilities and proprietary platforms support industrial automation across select sectors across the globe.

Your new role
As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations to maintain accurate inventory, effective distribution, and cost-efficient transportation. This includes managing internal teams and third-party providers, resolving customs and freight-related issues, and coordinating delivery schedules with business units. You’ll ensure that warehouse workflows and logistics planning support overall supply chain goals, including procurement, production, and customer fulfilment. Regular engagement with operational data and cross-functional stakeholders will be essential to sustain performance, address bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experienced in leading warehouse and logistics operations in service-critical environments (must have Heavy Manufacturing experience)
  • Proven expertise in managing teams, transport fleets, and external service providers
  • Demonstrated ability to execute freight planning and customs compliance activities
  • Experienced in using ERP/SAP and logistics systems for operational control and reporting
  • Proven expertise in working cross-functionally to support fulfilment, sourcing, and customer timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to operate on-site and resolve real-time issues.
  • People management experience.
  • Proficient in Mandarin.
