Your new role
As the Director of Distribution, you will oversee end-to-end distribution operations, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, production teams, logistics partners, and third-party service providers to optimise and oversee multi-market distribution operations. You will be analysing and optimising workflows, driving efficiency measures, and upholding high fulfilment targets to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be key in fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment, while continuously improving processes, productivity, and operational strategies across the region.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Extensive experience in regional FMCG distribution, warehouse operations, and logistics movement.
  • Strong expertise in contract logistics, third-party service providers, and distribution centre management.
  • Proven ability to optimise vendor relationships and streamline logistics processes.
  • Strategic planning for inventory flow, fulfilment efficiency, and warehouse utilisation.
  • Process improvement through SOP revisions, KPI enhancements, and digital tools.
  • Stakeholder management to align suppliers, logistics teams, and internal functions.
  • Data-driven decision-making leveraging analytics, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong people management skills.
