Your new role
This role involves leading a team of engineers in Contact Centre Operations, focusing on both technical leadership and team management.
Team Leadership & Management:-
- Manages a team of 5+ engineers.
- Coaches, mentors, and develops team members.
- Drives team engagement, well-being, and performance.
Technology Ownership:-
- Owns the lifecycle of contact centre technologies.
- Manages architectural documentation and total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Leads change management and ensures high-quality deliverables.
Project & Delivery Management:-
- Defines and tracks delivery commitments.
- Coordinates cross-functional projects and escalates risks.
- Participates in 24/7 on-call support rotation.
Technical Expertise:-
- Provides hands-on support for global contact centre outages.
- Designs and implements contact centre solutions.
- Recommends proactive improvements and future technology directions.
Process & Relationship Management:-
- Develops and documents support/design procedures.
- Builds cross-departmental and regional relationships.
- Ensures integration of technology processes across regions.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Contact Centre Operations
Strong background in contact centre technologies (e.g., Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Amazon Connect, etc.).
Experience in engineering leadership and technical project management.
Ability to manage global operations and on-call support.
Skilled in change management, cost optimisation, and strategic planning.
