Your new role

• Managing projects and in relation to core applications (policy admin, claims, billing, middleware)
• Technical-business translation
• Compliance monitoring (BNM RMiT, PDPA)
• Vendor engagement and leadership reporting. You’ll report directly to the Head of ERP and engage with both technical leaders and business users.

What you'll need to succeed

• 8–10 years of experience in IT application or system integration roles
• Strong background in project delivery management, software development and enterprise platform oversight
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders and vendors
• Fluent in English and Malay; excellent documentation and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a flat, open team culture
• Experience in insurance or financial services preferred
