Your new company

You will be joining an established financial services group, providing investment products and insurance to investors globally. They have a growing presence in Malaysia and are welcoming individuals with fluent Mandarin and Japanese proficiency to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Your office is highly accessible by public transport and is in the heart of the city.

Your new role

• Perform documentation of specifications and requirements for any changes in the systems.
• Communicate with developers to clarify system specifications.
• Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Provide guidance and training to system users when necessary
• Report to developers any bugs and requests for system fixing
• Perform translation between English and Japanese / Mandarin when required

What you'll need to succeed

• Business-level English + Japanese + Mandarin proficiencies

• 0 – 3+ years of work experience [Fresh graduates are welcome to apply]

• Project / system management experience would be an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
