Service & Operations Lead in Optical Technology based in Petaling Jaya.

Your new role

You will lead operations for the lens fabrication and processing unit, combining technical know-how with strong service delivery. Other key responsibilities include:
  • Driving operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring quality control and compliance with industry and safety standards
  • Collaborating with commercial, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth, end-to-end order fulfilment

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5–7 years’ proven leadership in service operations, workshop or warehouse settings
  • Strong background in optical lab or lens manufacturing (cutting, edging, fitting)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
