This multinational company is famous for its aspirational and exceptional pharmaceutical products. They operate in more than 100 countries. A permanent Assistant FP&A Manager is needed to join the team in the Selangor office.
Your new role
Handle budget preparation and weekly/monthly forecasts (FARO) and support business planning process, including Annual Business Plan and Quarterly Forecasts.
Analyze financial performance against budget for management review.
Develop the company’s overall pricing strategy
Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including advertising expenses.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent. Professional Qualification such as ACCA / CPA / CIMA will be an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
