• Strategic Finance & Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with management to align financial strategy with operational targets and long-term growth objectives
  • Deliver advanced financial modelling and analytics to support business decisions
  • Strengthen forecasting processes to drive predictability and performance tracking
  • Lead governance efforts ensuring compliance across regulatory and internal frameworks
  • Enhance cost allocation frameworks between domestic finance functions and shared service centers
• Core Financial Operations
  • Oversee all local finance activities including accounting, treasury, audit coordination, and internal controls
  • Manage intercompany transactions and regional service charges
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting, including capital investment tracking and asset management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners, optimize cash flow, and facilitate financial facilities
• Taxation & Compliance
  • Drive end-to-end tax compliance and planning across corporate tax, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes
  • Liaise with external tax advisors and regulatory bodies
  • Oversee documentation and process control for all tax-related activities and submissions
• Transformation & Projects
• Lead and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives, such as e-invoicing rollouts and financial systems upgrades (e.g., SAP migration

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a relevant qualification; professional certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA) preferred
• Above 5 years’ experience across Accounting, Audit, Taxation, FP&A, Treasury and Controlling
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capability
• Solid understanding of corporate governance, statutory obligations, and financial compliance
