Your new role

A role that you will get great exposure in a regional operational shared service centre and involved in the client servicing work from end-to-end efficiently. This is an opportunity that you can be the expert and specialist in this field and would further enhance your leadership skills in supporting the team. If you are from Insurance background who is a part of the Contact Centre, this role is for you!

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5-7 years working experience in Contact Centre and managing a team

  • Strong knowledge in both Life and General Insurance products

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

  • Possess relevant insurance certification – BCP & PGI
