Your new role

• Lead overall plant operations by implementing strategies that boost efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Manage production planning and quality assurance while driving process optimisation and supporting new product development.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and performance metrics with full accountability for the plant’s financial results.
• Align operational capabilities with market demands by collaborating on pricing, product strategy, and sales forecasting.
• Supervise procurement, inventory, and logistics to optimise supply chain performance and vendor relationships.
• Develop and lead cross-functional teams while ensuring regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and effective stakeholder communication.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing, which includes 5 years in a senior leadership capacity with experience in Plant Operations overseeing Production, Engineering, Quality, R&D and other key functions. Experience in FMCG Manufacturing or Electronics Manufacturing is an added advantage.

• Demonstrate strong expertise in manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excel in leading cross-functional teams with effective communication, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Possess proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing tools, with preferred certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing, or PMP.
