Your new role

• You are responsible to lead a team of experienced engineers and drive the design and execution of process and utility systems across multidisciplinary projects. This role blends technical leadership with strategic management responsibilities.
• Oversee all phases of process engineering design: conceptual, basic, and detailed
• Lead and mentor a team of senior and junior engineers, fostering growth and development
• Deliver and approve key design documents: PFDs, P&IDs, URS, equipment specs, and GMP flows
• Assign resources across multiple projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and execution

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• 10 years of experience in process engineering and project management. Atleast 5 years of leadership experience is needed.

• Proven track record in designing and commissioning of manufacturing facilities for the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISPE, FDA/EMA guidelines, and validation protocols

• Expertise in pharma processes, clean utilities, and HVAC integration is a plus.
