Your New Role

• Provide hands-on technical support for Oracle NetSuite, including system configuration, scripting, workflow development, and integration.

• Design, test, and implement system enhancements to meet evolving business needs while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver customizations such as saved searches, dashboards, roles, and approval workflows.

• Manage system upgrades, data activities, and integration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and full compliance with internal controls.

• Support user onboarding and training through documentation, guides, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 3–5 years of technical experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.

• A Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; NetSuite certifications are a plus.

• Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and ERP customization frameworks.

• Strong understanding of ERP principles, backend/frontend configuration, and data management tools.

• Experience in system implementation phases, including UAT, go-live, and post-deployment support.

• Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and access control in line with audit requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently.
