One of the largest and most prestigious banking groups in Malaysia. This is a leading financial institution which grows steadily and dynamically in the market. Due to market growth, a permanent DevSecOps Engineer is needed to join the team.

Your new role

• Infrastructure as Code - Develop and manage IaC solutions (using Terraform or similar) for both virtual machines and containerized environments, ensuring consistent and scalable infrastructure provisioning across development, testing, and production.

• Kubernetes & Microservices - Deploy, manage, and monitor microservices on Kubernetes clusters. Optimize cluster resources and ensure high availability of services.

• CI/CD Pipeline Management - Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform, and Docker to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.

• Security Integration: Integrate and automate security tooling into all stages of the pipeline collaboratively alongside technology information security team. This includes incorporating tools like CrowdStrike Falcon (endpoint protection), Netwrix (auditing and compliance), and Splunk (security information and event management) to embed security into the DevSecOps workflow and proactively protect the platform.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in DevSecOps, infrastructure automation, or platform engineering.

• Proven track record in designing and managing complex CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure in a production environment.

• Strong expertise in Linux administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Ubuntu. Familiarity with other Linux flavors such as EulerOS or CentOS.

• CI/CD & Configuration Management and containerization experience.
