Your new company

You will be joining one of the most prestigious financial services in Malaysia that has a presence globally. They are looking for a Head of IT Audit to join their office in KL.

Your new role

• You will develop and execute IT audit plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• You will conduct IT audits in line with internal standards and partner with financial auditors to assess controls in key business processes.

• You will build and lead a skilled IT audit team, managing resources and adjusting plans based on risk and business priorities.

• You will maintain strong relationships with IT management to stay informed on emerging risks.

• You will prepare IT audit reports, lead discussions on findings, and ensure timely follow-up on remedial actions.

• You will support the team members' development through coaching and feedback.

• You will engage in continuous learning and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 8 years of experience in IT Audit focusing on ITAC and Cybersecurity

• Has experience in other LOD - preferably 1st or 2nd LOD

• Holds a CISA certification or other relevant industry credentials.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and engaging effectively with regional stakeholders.

• Hands-on and willing to be involved in detailed, ground-level work when necessary.
