You will be working for a well-established distributor in Malaysia that is looking for a Key Account Executive.

Your new role

• Manage and grow relationships with high-value accounts
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client goals and develop tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
• Develop strategic account plans and conduct performance reviews

• Have local key account and/or international key account experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
