Your new role
The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals, expanding market reach by recruiting new dealers, and analysing competitors to position the brand effectively. It also includes leading, training, and motivating the sales team to maintain consistent performance, setting key performance indicators and conducting regular reviews, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts.
