Your new role
- Lead second-level support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.
- Troubleshoot and optimize ERP system performance across finance functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and integrations.
- Ensure compliance and accurate documentation of system changes and procedures.
- Mentor and guide junior support staff to strengthen team capabilities.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP finance modules
- Strong knowledge of finance processes and Oracle ERP architecture
- Proficiency in SQL, Oracle BI tools (BIP, OTBI, SmartView), and integration technologies
- Experience in performance tuning and system optimization
- Oracle certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with SUNGL support is advantageous
