Your new role

• Lead second-level support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ERP system performance across finance functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and integrations.
• Ensure compliance and accurate documentation of system changes and procedures.
• Mentor and guide junior support staff to strengthen team capabilities.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP finance modules
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and Oracle ERP architecture
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle BI tools (BIP, OTBI, SmartView), and integration technologies
• Experience in performance tuning and system optimization
• Oracle certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with SUNGL support is advantageous
