Your new role

We are looking for young, ambitious and creative HR talents that are excited about challenging the status quo. Covering the full spectrum of HR in the plant, a successful talent will be capable of running change management to drive a performance-driven culture. Taking the initiative to re-look into KPIs, SOPs and being on the ground to support employees feeling blocked is ideal. You will also manage negotiations with unions, hence experience in the following would be important. A creative HR with strong business acumen and an ability to adapt to different organisational cultures will fit well into this organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• More than 10-years experience in Human Resources as generalist/business partner

• Preferably from Manufacturing, Semi-Conductor or equivalent industries

• Well-versed in managing blue-collar workers in a plant-based environment

• Must have experience of managing CA negotiations or unions

• Young managers with the high potential to be groomed despite some shortcomings will still be considered
