My client is a leading Chinese automation equipment manufacturer specialising in high-precision machinery. They are now looking for a Process Engineering Lead to streamline the manufacturing process, ensuring high product quality and cost efficiency.

Your new role

Process Optimisation: Optimise and improve manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness.

Project Management: Spearhead end-to-end execution of process improvement initiatives, managing timelines and resources effectively to stay within budget, while collaborating across departments to align outcomes with organisational goals.

Continuous Improvement: Drive CI initiatives using lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies.

Technical Leadership: Giving technical advice to the team, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth

Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality team to ensure process adherence to standards

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed record of process design and modification

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth manufacturing operation.

Safety Compliance: Ensure manufacturing process adheres to health and safety standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• A minimum of 6 years' experience in process engineering, machine/ semiconductor manufacturing background is a BIG PLUS.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and CI methodologies.

• Skilled in process simulation software like Aspen HYSYS and AVEVA Process Simulation.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a MUST to liaise with international stakeholders.
