Your new role
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage, mentor, and lead Sales Executives across multiple territories
- Drive strategic sales planning to meet company objectives
- Expand business in HORECA and FMCG sectors through targeted opportunities
- Cultivate strong client and partner relationships to boost retention and growth
- Deliver product presentations, negotiate contracts, and oversee deal closures
- Analyse market trends and report sales performance to senior leadership
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in food service, preferably with Japanese restaurants and products (dry, frozen, seafood, chilled)
- Willingness to travel regionally and conduct client-facing engagements
