Your new role
- Lead implementation and optimisation of Workday HCM modules, with a focus on Workday C&B (Compensation and Benefit).
- Collaborate with HR, Rewards, and Technology teams to gather requirements and recommend Workday solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Compensation and Benefits modules.
- Conduct training and enablement sessions to drive adoption and effective use of Compensation and Benefits features.
- Promote continuous improvement by leveraging new Workday capabilities and industry best practices.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Workday Compensation and Benefits modules, from design to deployment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workday Functional Lead, with expertise in multiple modules including Compensation and Benefits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams, regions, and cultures.
- Workday certifications in Compensation and/or Benefits preferred; commitment to continuous learning is essential.
