Your new role
- Lead and coordinate Workday release and cutover activities across HR initiatives, projects, and innovation sprints.
- Collaborate with Group HR, Workday Functional Leads, and Group Tech to align deployment plans with business requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed cutover schedules, identifying tasks, risks, and dependencies across technical and functional areas.
- Ensure adherence to governance and change control processes, maintaining high-quality documentation and reporting.
- Drive adoption of new Workday features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with organisational needs and readiness.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Workday Compensation and Benefits modules, from design to deployment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workday Functional Lead, with expertise in multiple modules including Compensation and Benefits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams, regions, and cultures.
- Workday certifications in Compensation and/or Benefits preferred; commitment to continuous learning is essential.
