Solution Success Manager Job Opening for a Market Leader in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry

A world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry with an internationally renowned Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in Kuala Lumpur. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a Solution Success Manager (IT Product Delivery) to be part of the team that is responsible for running all related functions across the APAC region and globally.


Your new role
  • Manage effective communication within the stakeholders and support leadership engagement
  • Coordinate activities and act as a bridge between the product and the stakeholders
  • You will collect specific requirements and prioritise them for the Digital product teams.
  • Negotiate release plans and rollout priorities in alignment with leadership
  • Track implementation progress and validate data during test cycles
  • Ensure prerequisites such as business processes, data availability, and correctness are in place
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct post-implementation reviews
  • Monitor compliance with business requirements, interface documentation, and overall implementation progress


What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 5 years of operative experience in either senior project leadership or team leadership role, preferably in IT, Data, Digital Transformation
  • Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably in the agricultural or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Work experience within Digital teams and jobs
  • Experience in internal or external stakeholder management & project experience
