Your new role
This is a succession planning role covering the full spectrum of HR. Your daily job tasks will include leading recruitment activities, managing IR/ER cases, performance management and many more. Talents with a strong can-do attitude, proactive and resourceful in hunting for good talents are highly important for this position. Reporting as an HR Manager, you will be expected to support in building a talent pipeline through employer branding and travelling across Malaysia with the team to participate in conferences and career talks. Proven experience in independently leading the full recruitment cycle is key, paired with a sociable and interactive personality.
What you'll need to succeed
Preferably 3–5 years of working experience in Human Resources
Preferably from the hospitality, hotel, F&B, group of companies or equivalent industries
Must have experience of leading the full spectrum of recruitment and high-volume hiring
Must be willing to travel around Malaysia (East/West)
Preferably candidates staying in Serdang, Bangi, Cheras, Kajang, Nilai, Semenyih or nearby
Position is a Senior HR Exec or Assistant HR Manager role
