Your new role

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of global IT certifications such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.

• Oversee policy governance, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness across multiple sites.

• Manage cybersecurity governance, including third-party operations and risk dashboards.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to address security risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Champion security awareness initiatives and foster a culture of compliance across the organisation.

• Must be willing to be based in Penang and only open to Malaysian citizens.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years of experience in IT governance, cybersecurity compliance, or audit functions.

• Strong knowledge of industrial certification standards and compliance frameworks.

• Professional certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.

• Experience in multi-site industrial or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
