Your new role

• Lead strategic design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide IT systems, including ERP and proprietary planning platforms.
• Play a pivotal role in the migration from SAP ECC to SAP HANA, overseeing both legacy and modern applications.
• Driving the integration of AI and data intelligence capabilities across the organization.
• Be responsible for application lifecycle management, PMO functions, and long-term digital strategy execution.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven Leadership: Strong people management skills with experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Deep Technical Expertise: Solid background in enterprise architecture, system development, application management and systems consolidation.
• ERP Migration Experience: Hands-on experience in migrating from SAP ECC to SAP HANA is essential.
• AI & Data Intelligence Acumen: While the focus is 80% ERP, a foundational understanding of AI (20%) is expected to align with senior leadership.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to engage with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders, driving innovation and transformation.
• Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, AI/Data Science) are highly desirable.
