Your new role

Talent Acquisition Lead, you will spearhead end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple business units. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, enhance employer branding, and lead a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll shape the future of talent within the organization.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within professional services or a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Passion for building inclusive hiring practices and high-performing teams
  • Experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team is a plus.
