A property developer in the heart of KL looking for strong leadership to spearhead and lead their mall leasing initiatives.

Your new role

To manage retail portfolio for leasing in Klang Valley and beyond.

Lead a team of 6 - 8 experienced leasing members
Be strategic in approach and think outside the box on different opportunities and initiatives that can be conducted to improve occupancy.

What you'll need to succeed

At least 8–10 years of experience in retail leasing

Strong communicator
Able to manage a team
Strategic and strong in execution and leading from the front.
