Your New Role:
Take charge of driving commercial success across two dynamic markets. This strategic role blends leadership, market development, and revenue generation to elevate regional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute commercial sales plans tailored to Singapore and Malaysia.
Drive revenue through product training, market penetration strategies, and targeted offers.
Build and sustain FIT (Free Independent Traveller) business through agent engagement, incentives, and trade events.
Negotiate contracts and commission structures in compliance with local laws and commercial objectives.
Lead and assess the Meetings & Events and Travel Agent sales teams annually.
Align team performance with broader business goals and strategy.
What you'll need to succeed:
Proven track record in sales leadership, KPI achievement, and conversion optimisation.
Strong familiarity with premium travel products and services.
Established network of B2B and B2C clients.
Experience in hospitality, travel, entertainment, events, airlines, or property sales.
Minimum 8 years in a similar commercial role.
