Your new role

The client is on the hunt for an experienced customer service professional to manage all incoming communication from customers as well as support outbound calls servicing the Taiwan market. Besides that, the candidate is also expected to assist the Manager with supervision and administration in the contact centre team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least three years' working experience in the customer service industry with a minimum of one year in a senior / team lead role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in a high people-contact position, with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (fluency in Mandarin is a must).
  • Flexibility in performing efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to solve problems and challenges and carry out responsibility under minimal supervision.
