Join an established FMCG manufacturer in Negeri Sembilan with an aggressive growth plan and a vision to lead its field. The company is expanding and looking to strengthen its finance team with a new Finance Manager.

Your new role

• Develop and manage the annual budget, forecast financials, and conduct variance analysis for actionable insights.

• Oversee financial operations (accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash flow) and implement financial controls.

• Provide financial analysis on pricing, cost control, and profitability, collaborating with teams to optimize performance and reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, liaise with auditors and consultants, and stay updated on regulatory changes.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.

• To provide expertise for recommendations and suggestions that will contribute to the company's organizational goals.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional Qualifications in ACCA, MIA, CPA, or similar

• Strong accounting experience, ideally in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.

• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, reporting and costing.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
