Account Management & Strategy
• Develop and execute tailored business plans for IKA and LKA customers (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, etc.)
• Lead annual joint business planning (JBP), including sales targets, marketing activations, and promotional calendars
• Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and contracts to optimise profitability and market share
Sales & Performance
• Achieve sales targets, volume growth, and distribution KPIs across assigned accounts
• Monitor sell-in and sell-out data, and implement corrective actions where needed
• Drive new product listings and ensure optimal shelf presence and visibility
What you'll need to succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in OTC/FMCG/Pharma
• Proven success managing both IKA and LKA channels
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
