Are you a visionary finance leader ready to shape the future of a global business? A leading multinational in the technical services sector is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Global FP&A Manager to join their Regional APAC office. This is a high-impact role supporting global operations across the production and energy line, with direct influence on strategic planning, performance management, and investment decisions.


Your new role

Reporting to the regional CFO and collaborating with senior global stakeholders, you will be the financial compass for two major business lines. You’ll indirectly lead a team of FP&A Managers across multiple geographies, driving financial excellence, cost leadership, and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Commercial and Group FP&A Leadership
  • Partner with regional and global business leaders to guide financial strategy, performance analysis, and investment decisions
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across global business units
  • Deliver forward-looking commercial insights to support business development and pricing strategies
Cost & Capital Management
  • Drive cost control initiatives across direct and overhead expenses
  • Lead capital allocation reviews and post-investment appraisals to ensure optimal ROI
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy and financial discipline at site and country levels
Business Planning, Business Partnering & Commercial Performance Management
  • Provide financial counsel on bids, tenders, and non-standard contracts
  • Monitor profitability across contracts and customers, recommending corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial systems and reporting
Leadership & Driving P&L
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing FP&A regional team across APAC and global operations
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and internal policies


What you'll need to succeed

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
  • Professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) would be a PLUS
  • 7+ years’ experience in senior FP&A roles, ideally within MNC environments
  • Strong command of financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Oracle or Cognos is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Attributes
  • Exposures in a business which involves global presence
  • Experience in global FP&A functions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-border teams and drive transformation
