Your new role
My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to lead and expand their commercial footprint across key channels, including wholesalers, IKA/LKA pharmacies, and supermarkets. This strategic role demands a seasoned leader with deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in people management and channel development within the pharmaceutical or FMCG space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for wholesalers, IKA (International Key Accounts), LKA (Local Key Accounts) pharmacies, and supermarket chains.
Drive revenue growth and market share across all assigned channels.
Monitor channel performance and optimize pricing, promotions, and product placement.
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed targets.
Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.
Build succession plans and talent development pipelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and joint business plans.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
Proven success in managing wholesalers, IKA/LKA pharmacies, and supermarket channels.
Strong people management experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin with proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
