Key Account Manager

Your new role

This company is on the hunt for a driven and commercially savvy Key Account Manager to take charge of our strategic partnerships across the IKA/LKA pharmacy channel. If you know the ins and outs of trading terms, have strong relationships with chief purchasers, and thrive in trade marketing execution - this is your next big move.


Strategic Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with key IKA/LKA pharmacy accounts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for decision-makers, including procurement heads and retail bosses.

  • Negotiate trading terms and ensure mutual value creation.

    Trade Marketing & Execution

  • Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Drive visibility and sell-through using POSM, development funds, and promotional strategies.

  • Monitor performance and adjust tactics to maximise ROI.

    Fund Management & Commercial Planning

  • Take full ownership of your trade span—each key account comes with a dedicated fund.

  • Strategically allocate and manage budgets to support growth, promotions, and brand development.

  • Work closely with trade marketing to align spend with commercial goals.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience managing IKA/LKA pharmacy channels in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of trading terms, pricing structures, and commercial negotiations.
  • Solid network with chief purchasers and decision-makers in the retail pharmacy.
  • Hands-on experience in trade marketing planning and execution.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimise fund utilisation for maximum impact.
