A fast-growing private healthcare group offering comprehensive medical services through its flagship tertiary hospital seeks a dynamic and experienced Group Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and tender execution across its healthcare operations.

Your new role

As a Group Procurement Manager, your responsibilities include the following (but not limited to):

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple hospital sites, ensuring cost-effective procurement aligned with clinical and operational needs.
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including selection, performance evaluation, contract negotiation, and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Oversee large-scale tender projects, from documentation and bid evaluation to stakeholder alignment and final award decisions.
• Drive procurement strategies for indirect and clinical categories, leveraging market intelligence and internal data to optimise spend.
• Ensure procurement processes meet regulatory and accreditation requirements, while supporting hospital-wide goals for quality, safety, and efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
• At least 6–10 years of procurement experience with minimum of 3 years in a strategic role
• Healthcare or hospital experience preferred
• Skilled in vendor management, contract negotiation, and compliance
• Strong leadership, people management, and analytical abilities
