Your new role

As Senior Manager for Transformation Governance, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of the company’s transformation agenda. Reporting directly to the Director of Transformation Governance, you’ll manage governance forums, produce high-quality reporting, and uphold project management standards. This is a high-impact role that demands exceptional coordination, communication, and analytical skills.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 8–12 years of experience in governance, PMO, project or change management within financial services or related sectors
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior leadership
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with transformation and project lifecycle concepts
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, especially in risk management and performance reporting
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused
