Your new role

• You are responsible to oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
• You are tasked to monitor and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and SOP standards.
• Lead workforce planning and shift scheduling to meet production targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency and employee performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• More than 5 years of managerial experience in leading a team.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong drive and passion for business growth and streamlining operations.
