A global leader in packaging solutions with operations globally. The company is known for its strong passion for innovation, sustainability and operational excellence. They are on the lookout for a Plant Manager to lead one of their facilities in Selangor for the FMCG division.

Your new role

• Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations including production, maintenance, and inventory control, along with factory profit and loss.
• Drive strategic initiatives to meet KPIs, improve productivity, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Champion safety, health, and environmental compliance across the facility.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Oversee workforce planning and cross-functional coordination to meet delivery and quality targets

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• More than 5 years of leadership experience in a similar capacity, and more than 10 years of experience in FMCG Manufacturing.

• Strong leadership experience in leading a sizeable workforce, overseeing multiple functions to ensure business goals are met.
