Your new role

• Take full ownership of plant operations, leading production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain functions to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing.
• Strategically plan and execute operational initiatives including capacity expansion, resource optimisation, and capital investments aligned with business goals.
• Champion lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs to drive performance across KPIs such as OEE, yield, and cost control.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence through coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure robust compliance with ISO standards, health and safety regulations, and customer quality requirements, while proactively resolving non-conformities and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, R&D, and senior leadership to align plant operations with broader business strategies and customer expectations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• More than 10 years of experience in plant operations, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience in the food manufacturing industry is a must-have.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive operational excellence.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving and decision-making skills.
