Your new role

This Claims Processing role offers strong exposure in handling high-volume Accident & Health (A&H) claims, with a key focus on outpatient cases. You will be involved in the end-to-end adjudication process, including claims investigation, liaising with claimants, financial consultants, medical institutions, and insurers. This is a great opportunity to build expertise in A&H claims while developing your communication and investigative skills in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Life/Medical Insurance in Outpatient cases

• English & Mandarin speaking and writing

• Granted authority limit
