Your new role

• Develop and automate performance reports using data from systems to meet evolving business needs.
• Maintain and manage reporting databases using Access or SQL Server to ensure reliable data infrastructure.
• Conduct monthly data reconciliations between reporting tools and source systems, resolving discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
• Analyse service line performance against operational KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support operational decision-making by delivering timely, insightful performance reports and dashboards.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in performance or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS), Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience with reporting tools and data extraction.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
