Your new role

As an T Product Manager, you will be responsible for one or more technology product solutions that directly support and influence business objectives. You’ll manage the full product lifecycle—from strategic planning and stakeholder alignment to delivery and post-launch evaluation. This role requires close collaboration with internal IT teams, third-party vendors, and senior business leaders to ensure product success and alignment with company goals.

• Owning product roadmaps and delivery plans
• Leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships
• Driving stakeholder engagement and prioritising product demands
• Overseeing system implementation and testing
• Developing business cases and tracking product performance
• Shaping long-term strategic plans and fostering a high-performing team culture

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• 6–8 years of experience in IT Product Management or Software Engineering
• 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven track record in managing complex IT projects and system implementations
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Preferably, domain knowledge of insurance operations and distribution models
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and highly organised
