A well-established metal manufacturer in Southeast Asia, this company operates a fully integrated production chain—from smelting to extrusion—serving global markets across construction, automotive, renewable energy, and consumer goods sectors.

Your new role

1. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Identify and liaise with external vendors to determine optimal project implementation methods and timelines, while evaluating the quality and scope of their work. Collaborate with operations and IT teams for testing, integration, and system launch.
2. System Management & Support: Ensure system stability through regular maintenance and stress testing, and provide 24/7 technical support to resolve issues promptly.
3. Training & Implementation Support: Conduct training sessions for operations staff on the new digital system and assist the Head of Department in all aspects of project implementation.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Commitment & Adaptability: Looking for individuals who are open-minded, committed, and able to adapt to dynamic working environments.
2. Willingness to Travel On-Site: Candidates should be comfortable with occasional travel to another state's manufacturing plant for user requirement gathering, including wearing PPE when necessary. This is temporary and only required during initial project phases.
3. Stakeholder Alignment: Once requirements are aligned with stakeholders, on-site presence will no longer be necessary, allowing the candidate to focus on project execution and collaboration remotely.
