Your new role
Solution/Product Expertise:
• Maintains knowledge/expertise in product, technical and market changes in the Angiography and Mobile C-arm market.
• Serves as a subject-matter expert (sales, technical and clinical applications) to Account Managers and other company's sales stakeholders.
• Develops and fosters professional networks within the healthcare industry of the assigned portfolio focused on the Cardiovascular / Interventional Radiology and Surgical Departments.
Technical & Product Marketing:
• Develop and adapt marketing materials, including presentations, videos, and leaflets, to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Understands local competitive and market landscape for proper product positioning.
• Provides feedback to business lines on usability and customer opinions.
• Identifies opportunities and develops sales programs for target areas (e.g. new, replacement opportunities, competitive conversions)
Sales and Clinical Support:
• Ensures smooth order handover to Project and Customer Service departments.
• Participates in joint calls with sales team (product demonstrations, customer presentations).
• Prepares quotation and tender / technical submission.
• Provide feedback on product usability and customer opinions to the business line for product improvement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers, ensuring satisfaction and product adoption.
• To be responsible for funnel management and forecasting quality: Sales Funnel, Quarter Project Updates, Win / Loss Analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
Commensurate understanding and experience of healthcare delivery with demonstrable experience of understanding customer pain points / requirements and creating proposals to meet their needs.
Demonstrable expertise in the healthcare industry with practical experience in sales and customer management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving capability.
